HomeBase Chair

The Home Base chair is responsible for planning 3 events a month at any point during the day. Their events mainly include arts, crafts, and movie events. They organize and maintain a committee of general members to assist in all aspects of the planning process and serves as a liaison between CAPE and the Commuter Student Assistants.

Entertainment Chair

The Entertainment Chair is responsible for planning 3 events a month, usually held during the evening to rejuvenate the nightlife at SNHU. Their events mainly consist of performances, game shows, and bigger scale events. They organize and maintain a committee of general members to assist in all aspects of the planning process.

Trip Chair:

The Trip Chair is responsible for planning two trips a month inside the East Coast. They also organize a committee of general members to assist in all aspects of the planning process.

Signature Event Chair:

The Signature Events Chair is responsible for overseeing weekly Bingo and Big Money Bingo. They also plan Winter and Spring weeks in December and April respectively. The chair can outreach to performers to join pre-existing events. The chair completes these tasks with a committee of general members to assist in all aspects of the planning process.

RECRUITMENT CHAIR

The Recruitment chair is responsible for planning weekly tabling events across campus to drive involvement and publicize upcoming events. They have a focus on updating CAPE's social media pages. They organize and maintain a committee of general members to assist in all aspects of the planning process and serves as a liaison between CAPE and the Commuter Student Assistants.

PUBLICITY CHAIR

The Publicity Chair is responsible for all marketing branches of CAPE. From creating to dispersing posters around campus, updating the social medias, and creating merchandise they create accessible forms of outreach. They organize and maintain a committee of general members to assist in all aspects of the creation process.

VICE PRESIDENT

The Vice President is responsible mainly for the Major Concert in the spring. From the start to end of the planning process the VP takes in ideas and reflects the student body in the huge event. On top of this they manage the club budget, take meeting minutes, and focus on helping the other members. If the President position becomes vacant they will fill the role. The chair completes these tasks and may hold committees at weekly meetings.

PRESIDENT

The President is responsible for overseeing the whole club and supporting the Executive Board. They plan and hold weekly general member meetings as well as weekly executive board meetings. They keep track of the member roster and constitution. They also plan the Fall and Spring Welcome Back Week (Weekend) events and coordinate a conference for Executive board members and 2 general members to go on.  They facilitate the transition process of chairs/roles and will also take on chairs if there are vacancies and will delegate the voting process.
